Summer Belle Isle Engagement Session in Richmond Virginia :: CAIT + PHIL
Oh my, where do we begin with this Richmond couple? Cait and Phil met at Lake Ana years ago. After talking a while, their relationship became official. Then, Cait moves to California for a bit for an internship, and eventually, back to Richmond. Their entire story seems like a whirlwind in the most perfect way. At some point throughout their travels, this RVA couple stops long enough for a May wedding at Seven Springs Farm. It just so happened to mark the beginning of our 2018 wedding season as Richmond wedding photographers, and we could not have been more excited. Ok, so we mentioned a few posts back that 2018 was the year of Belle Isle Virginia engagement photo sessions. We were thankful to be able to photograph a few Richmond engagement sessions here. It is one of our favorite spots in RVA… along with Tredegar Ironworks, Maymont Park, Libby Hill Park, Quirk Hotel, The Jefferson Hotel and… would you mind if we just listed EVERYTHING in Richmond? This is absolutely one of the reasons why we love our city so much. There are so many photogenic places. Ok, so back to Cait and Phil. When they mentioned including sweet Riley (Cait’s first true love! haha!), Dave and I just knew that a light and bright summer Belle Isle Engagement Session would be perfect. Also, I have no idea how this happened, but Cait, Riley, and Phil all happen to be models. So, these Richmond engagement photos practically took themselves.
