OLD ELLICOTT CITY ENGAGEMENT PHOTOS

Kathleen and Tim are a fellow e-Harmony couple just like Dave and I.  So they naturally hold a special place in my heart.  When we were walking around Old Ellicott City near Baltimore Maryland during their engagement shoot, it just felt like I was walking around with old friends.  One of my favorite stories that they told me about the beginning of their relationship, was the story of their third date.  On their third date, Tim and Kathleen went to see a movie, had dinner, enjoyed Georgetown Cupcakes (so yummy!) and fell into natural conversation. The conversation was awesome and everything was going great when Kathleen suddenly realized that she failed to give Tim a parking pass for her apartment complex and she had a bad feeling. When they ran outside, Tim’s car was gone! AH! But hear me out, the story isn’t over. Instead of getting upset, Tim shrugged and said “it was okay” took everything in stride, and we continued to talk the entire night away. How’s that for an awesome guy??  Kathleen said that’s when she knew Tim was a keeper!  Every one of our Sknow Photo couples interacts differenly with each other.  I mean, every one on the planet is unique. So its always so fun to have this time during an engagement session with each of our couples to get to know them as a couple and see how they interact and mesh together (That’s why engagement sessions with your wedding photographer are SO important).  And Tim and Kathleen are just fun and lighthearted together.  It was such a joy to witness! I am so excited to photograph their Autumn wedding at Overhills Mansion.Aren’t they the cutest? And Kathleen’s awesome red glasses!  I kid you not, we had a whole conversation about her awesome glasses.  And I loved every second of it!I love downtown Old Ellicott City.  There’s so much character around every corner. It makes for some great Old Ellicott City engagement photos.
