ELEGANT GRAMERCY MANSION WEDDING PHOTOS
Raschelle is a girl after my own heart! We bonded immediately during their downtown Annapolis engagement session when we realized we both shared the same (not so common) views on dating and relationships. Being a wedding photographer, I’ve seen that each couple has a unique love story and their own special relationship with each other. But personally, I’ve always been a believer in being incredibly intentional when it comes to dating relationship. I never had a desire to just go on dates or date around to see what was out there. From the time I can remember, I only wanted to date someone I was serious about possibly marrying. I wanted to save myself from any unnecessary heartache! And Raschelle felt the same way. It wasn’t until her church girlfriends told her that they thought Earl would be her perfect match that she eventually took notice. And it wasn’t until they had lots of deep late night talks about faith, family, and marriage, that they decided they wanted to pursue each other and started dating. So the hours leading up to their ceremony on their wedding day just felt natural, stressfree, and happy. They knew from the beginning that this is where their relationship was headed.
Isn’t this the most elegant wedding necklace you’ve ever seen? I literally gasped when she put it on!
See all of those men standing behind Earl? One of my favorite things that made their wedding ceremony so unique is that their church has them choose “sponsors” to officially sign their marriage document that they will agree to help make sure Raschelle and Earl’s wedding is successful and thriving and God-focused. How cool is that? I think every marriage needs sponsors!
I just love how peaceful and happy and relaxed they were during our portrait time together. They set aside a whole hour just for portrait time for the two of them, and boy! Did it make such a difference! And the gardens here make for some beautifully elegant Gramercy Mansion wedding photos! I love that the daffodils are finally making an appearance- Gosh I love spring!
