This story begins at 8:30am on a Monday. When I was supposed to meet Caroline and Matt at the Jefferson Memorial in Washington D.C. for their engagement photos. I thought I gave myself enough time- 2 hours for a drive that shouldve only taken 45 minutes. It in fact would take me more like OVER THREE HOURS to get from Annapolis to D.C. How do people commute there every day? I am not made from the same stuff that these people must be. But Caroline and Matt were so sweet and patient and understanding, and just enjoyed spending time with each other on the same steps that Matt proposed to Caroline on while waiting for me. We had the most gorgeous cloudy-but-still-bright day, and Caroline and Matt are just so adorable together. Seriously. Take a look!!
