McLean Presbyterian Church Wedding
I wanted to share this wedding from last season before I get in to this season’s weddings. Dave and I had the honor of photographing Caroline and Matt’s wedding last fall, back before I had a working blog. So I thought I’d take this opportunity to share one of my favorite weddings from last year with you. I adore the colorful, bright, happy, yet simple and classy feel of this wedding. It was incredibly awesome to photograph, and Caroline and Matt are two of the nicest people I’ve had the pleasure of getting to know. And get this- Matt told me what really made him interested in Caroline at first was that she went to shark camp as a kid. How cool, right? Now, normally I am not the biggest fan of photographing church weddings, because they are often in dark, poorly lit, not incredibly beautiful sanctuaries (lets be honest), but anytime I get the chance to photograph a McLean Presbyterian Church wedding, I LOVE it! Their sanctuary is BEAUTIFUL, simple, and elegant. And its neutral, so it goes with any color scheme. And their courtyard and wrap-around balcony… Oh My! Beautiful lighting any time of day. They really know how to take care of their brides and grooms, and make sure every detail comes together perfectly. So, before I give you a whole infomercial.. Enjoy these images!
